Hi, just purchased Night City Pack but can't find lib4d file for R20-23. No lib4d any longer?

lib4d is legacy file format for older version of c4d. octane render doesn't support versions below R21
But the product page states that a .lib4d file for versions R20–R23 is included, and the installation procedure for versions R20–R23 is also shown in the video uploaded to YouTube. So why is it not supported?
